MARN capacita a 244 estudiantes de Petén sobre cambio climático

Estudiantes de primaria de Santa Elena, Petén, recibieron una plática educativa sobre cambio climático y biodiversidad por parte de educadores del Ministerio de Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (MARN).

Los alumnos son del cuarto y sexto grado de las escuelas Marta Rosa Morales Cetina, Escuela Oficial Rural Mixta “2da, Lotificación” y Escuela Oficial Rural Mixta “Barrio La Granja”, Santa Elena, Flores, Petén.

Los educandos aprendieron sobre las causas y efectos del cambio climático y acerca de la biodiversidad que alberga el país, y especialmente Petén.

La capacitación fue en conjunto con el Consejo Nacional de Áreas Protegidas (Conap), con el apoyo de Fundación ProPetén. Participaron 244 estudiantes y 12 maestros de grado.
